Kdor si je želel odigrati Lego videoigro samo z zlobneži, je naletel na pravi izdelek. Super-Villains nas postavi v plastične teleščke številnih barab in grdob iz stripovsko-filmskega univerzuma založbe DC Comics, kjer sta med drugim doma Superman in Batman. Temu ustrezno sta med negativci Lex Luther in Joker, pa tudi Harley Quinn, Reverse-Flash in kup drugih. Igranje je drugače precej slično kot v drugih Lego igrah, z raziskovanjem stopenj, reševanjem ugank, razdiranjem in sestavljanjem predmetov ter iskanjem premnogih skrivnosti.
